Bulova cares very much about your satisfaction with all the Bulova products including the famous Accutron Spaceview, Accutron Astronaut, and their line of great Accutron Tuning Fork Watches.  That's why we're the ONLY facility Bulova will recommend for repair of their vintage watches.   We're proud of that relationship and we encourage you to contact Bulova if you have any questions regarding vintage services.  Vintage Accutrons have been a favorite or ours since 1995 and we repair approximately 1,000 Accutrons each year.  Our staff of watchmakers and jewelers, is highly skilled and a Certified or Master watchmaking professional.   All have received specific Accutron repair training from a Bulova Corp. watchmaking instructor.  In addition, each of our watchmakers attends continuing education classes either at AWCI or WOSTEP in Switzerland.  This is essential in staying abreast of new technologies and advances in the field.

Spaceview Packing & Shipping
Pack your watch in a box that's approximately 10" X 7" X 4" in size, (similar to a shoe box) or a size that can't easily be lost by the carrier.  We recommend wrapping the item in bubble-wrap, and then packing in styrofoam peanuts or void air bags.  We recommend using USPS Registered Mail, Insured.  FedEx, UPS & Airborne limit insurance of jewelry items to $500. 
*Make no reference to the contents on the outside of the package.  Our address label, at the bottom of the Handy Repair Form, may be used for USPS mail.  Shortly after your package arrives, we'll notify you with a detailed estimate for repair.  We'll then wait for your approval before proceeding. 

Package carefully, but Use only packing that can be discarded. 
 

Spaceview Repair Estimates
We have a $65 Estimate Fee which includes diagnosis of needed repairs, detailed written estimate, and return shipping and insurance by Federal Express if repairs are declined.  If, after obtaining your approval, we perform the repairs we've recommended, the Estimate is FREE.

Please allow adequate turn-around time.
As the largest vintage Accutron repair facility in the U.S., turnaround time can vary depending on a number of factors including complexity, parts availability, and the number of repairs currently in progress.
